These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the earph online gaming platform at earph.club. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any real-money wager. By accessing earph, you agree to be bound by these terms.

To register an earph Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a valid residential address within the Philippines. Registration using false, incomplete, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
earph operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active Account on the earph platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, earph will close all but the first verified Account and may retain any balances pending investigation.
All earph Members are required to complete KYC verification before making a first withdrawal and, in certain cases, before completing a first real-money deposit. KYC at earph requires submission of the following documents:
earph may request additional documentation where the standard submission does not satisfactorily verify the Member's identity or age. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by earph may result in Account restriction or closure.
By submitting KYC documents, you confirm that the documents are genuine, unaltered, and accurately represent your identity. Submission of fraudulent identity documents constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information held on your earph Account remains accurate and current at all times. If your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address changes, you must update your Account information promptly. earph accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your earph Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. earph strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account through the Account security settings.
You must not share your earph login credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access or use your Account, or store your password in any manner that exposes it to unauthorized access. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you, whether or not you personally authorized that specific action, except where you have promptly notified earph of suspected unauthorized access.
If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred, you must:
earph employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmission and real-time fraud detection on Account login activity. notwithstanding these measures, earph accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
earph accepts deposits from the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. earph reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
The minimum deposit at earph is PHP 50 (Fifty Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by earph at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your earph Wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
All funds deposited to earph must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and corresponding to your verified KYC identity. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members, friends, or any other party — are strictly prohibited. earph reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where third-party funding is identified.
All transactions on earph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). earph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
earph does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider's own transaction fees, if any, are separate from and unrelated to earph's operations.
Withdrawals from your earph Wallet are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification to earph's satisfaction. earph reserves the right to require additional documentation or enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests where the circumstances warrant it, including but not limited to large withdrawal amounts, unusual account activity, or incomplete verification records.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within approximately fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified Accounts. Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours on Philippine business days. These timeframes are operational targets and not contractual guarantees — processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or payment provider maintenance.
The minimum withdrawal amount at earph is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). earph does not charge withdrawal processing fees at the platform level. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which earph accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own verified name. earph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where your registered withdrawal method changes, you may be required to re-verify your identity and the new payment account before the withdrawal is processed.
Any portion of your earph Wallet balance derived from Bonus Funds remains subject to the applicable Rollover Requirement. You may not withdraw bonus-derived funds until the Rollover Requirement has been fully satisfied. Your earph Wallet will clearly distinguish between your cash balance (freely withdrawable) and any bonus balance subject to rollover conditions.
From time to time, earph offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. The following general terms apply to all earph bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
earph's welcome bonus offers a 100% match on your first deposit up to PHP 10,000. Subject to 15× rollover requirements and a 14-day validity period. Full current bonus terms are displayed on the promotion detail page within your earph Account.
All games offered on the earph platform are provided by third-party game developers who hold their own applicable licences and certifications. Each game operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of an individual game, the game-specific rules will apply in respect of that game's mechanics, and these Terms will apply in all other respects.

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption affecting a game round in progress, earph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's Account. Where a malfunction is identified only after a round has been settled, earph will investigate the matter and take remedial action in accordance with the applicable game provider's terms and the interests of fairness. Bets placed during a period of confirmed technical malfunction will be voided and the stake returned regardless of the outcome displayed.
earph reserves the right to void and reverse any bet that was placed at odds or under conditions that were the result of an obvious or manifest error — including pricing errors, display errors, or software errors — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or winnings apparently credited to your Account. earph will provide reasonable notice of any void decisions of this nature.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earph platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

earph reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's Account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; a failure to complete KYC within required timeframes; an incorrect or disputed payment; or any activity that earph is required to investigate under applicable regulations.
During a suspension period, the Member will not be able to access the Account, place wagers, or process withdrawals. earph will communicate the reason for suspension and any required remedial steps within a reasonable timeframe following the suspension.
earph may permanently close a Member's Account in cases involving: confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct; confirmed breach of the age or eligibility requirements; confirmed operation of multiple Accounts; confirmed use of earph for money laundering; or any other material breach of these Terms. On permanent closure, earph will determine the disposition of any remaining Account balance based on the nature of the breach. Balances derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited in their entirety.
Members may request closure of their earph Account at any time by contacting earph support. Any verified real-money balance outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment account following completion of any applicable verification checks. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied the applicable Rollover Requirement will be forfeited on voluntary closure.
All content on the earph platform — including but not limited to the earph brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and any other proprietary material — is owned by or licensed to earph and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the earph platform solely for their personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute earph content; create derivative works based on earph content; commercially exploit any earph intellectual property; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any earph software.
Any unauthorised use of earph intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, earph's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms or the earph platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
earph expressly excludes liability for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; any losses arising from the Member's reliance on information displayed on the earph platform; and any losses arising from events beyond earph's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, government action, or force majeure events.
earph makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruption. earph does not warrant that any particular game outcome will occur or that any promotional offer will remain available for any specified duration.
Nothing in this Section limits earph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the earph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to raise disputes directly with earph support in the first instance. earph will endeavour to resolve genuine disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, and where applicable under the PAGCOR Regulatory Framework, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution mechanism.
earph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect a Member's rights or obligations — earph will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Member's Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the earph platform.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or additions that expand Member rights) may take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the earph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 11.3 prior to the amendment's effective date.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent Effective Date as displayed at the top of this page constitutes the current and binding agreement between earph and all Members.
