earph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "earph" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the earph online gaming platform operated at earph.club and all services provided thereunder.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an account on the earph platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Member through which they access earph's services, including the earph Wallet.
• "earph Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a Member's Account, used to place wagers and receive winnings across all earph game types.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the mandatory identity and age verification process required of all Members before real-money gameplay or withdrawal activity is permitted.
• "Eligible Territory" means the Republic of the Philippines, being the jurisdiction in which earph operates and from which earph accepts Member registrations.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, or free game allocations awarded to a Member's Account subject to terms and rollover requirements.
• "Rollover Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wagering activity a Member must complete before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Regulatory Framework" refers to the applicable online gaming regulations and requirements established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) as applicable to earph's operations.

To create and maintain an earph Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a resident of, or are physically located within, the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing earph;
3. You are accessing earph for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of a third party;
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of earph or any of its affiliated game providers;
5. You have not previously been excluded from earph through a self-exclusion request or been subject to an Account closure initiated by earph for breach of these Terms;
6. You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
7. You are not aware of any legal restriction in your specific jurisdiction that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities through earph.

earph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance derived from Bonus Funds, and may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an earph Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a valid residential address within the Philippines. Registration using false, incomplete, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

earph operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active Account on the earph platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, earph will close all but the first verified Account and may retain any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

All earph Members are required to complete KYC verification before making a first withdrawal and, in certain cases, before completing a first real-money deposit. KYC at earph requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification (accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, passport, SSS ID, voter's ID, or PRC ID); and
• A recent selfie photograph of the Member holding the submitted identification document.

earph may request additional documentation where the standard submission does not satisfactorily verify the Member's identity or age. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by earph may result in Account restriction or closure.

By submitting KYC documents, you confirm that the documents are genuine, unaltered, and accurately represent your identity. Submission of fraudulent identity documents constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3.3 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information held on your earph Account remains accurate and current at all times. If your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address changes, you must update your Account information promptly. earph accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your earph Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. earph strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account through the Account security settings.

You must not share your earph login credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access or use your Account, or store your password in any manner that exposes it to unauthorized access. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you, whether or not you personally authorized that specific action, except where you have promptly notified earph of suspected unauthorized access.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred, you must:

1. Change your earph password immediately via the login recovery function;
2. Contact earph support via live chat without delay; and
3. Provide earph with all relevant details regarding the suspected unauthorized access, including the approximate date and time.

earph employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmission and real-time fraud detection on Account login activity. notwithstanding these measures, earph accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

earph accepts deposits from the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. earph reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit at earph is PHP 50 (Fifty Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by earph at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your earph Wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All funds deposited to earph must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and corresponding to your verified KYC identity. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members, friends, or any other party — are strictly prohibited. earph reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where third-party funding is identified.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on earph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). earph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your earph Wallet are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification to earph's satisfaction. earph reserves the right to require additional documentation or enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests where the circumstances warrant it, including but not limited to large withdrawal amounts, unusual account activity, or incomplete verification records.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within approximately fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified Accounts. Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours on Philippine business days. These timeframes are operational targets and not contractual guarantees — processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or payment provider maintenance.

The minimum withdrawal amount at earph is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). earph does not charge withdrawal processing fees at the platform level. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which earph accepts no responsibility.

6.3 Withdrawal Destination

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own verified name. earph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where your registered withdrawal method changes, you may be required to re-verify your identity and the new payment account before the withdrawal is processed.

6.4 Bonus Restrictions on Withdrawals

Any portion of your earph Wallet balance derived from Bonus Funds remains subject to the applicable Rollover Requirement. You may not withdraw bonus-derived funds until the Rollover Requirement has been fully satisfied. Your earph Wallet will clearly distinguish between your cash balance (freely withdrawable) and any bonus balance subject to rollover conditions.

From time to time, earph offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. The following general terms apply to all earph bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are subject to a Rollover Requirement. The standard Rollover Requirement at earph is fifteen times (15×) the bonus amount received, unless a specific promotion states a different requirement.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Rollover Requirement is fully completed.
• Different game types contribute differently toward the Rollover Requirement. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live casino table games and other game formats may contribute at reduced rates. The specific contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period, typically fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of credit. Unused bonus amounts and any associated rollover progress will expire at the end of this period.
• earph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: account collusion, exploitation of technical errors, and systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent rollover requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time, unless earph's promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• earph's welcome bonus is available only to new Members making their first deposit after completing KYC verification. It is not available to Members who have previously held an earph Account.

All games offered on the earph platform are provided by third-party game developers who hold their own applicable licences and certifications. Each game operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of an individual game, the game-specific rules will apply in respect of that game's mechanics, and these Terms will apply in all other respects.

earph's live casino games, slots, and other real-money game titles use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game apparatus (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers in independently operated broadcast studios. earph does not manipulate or influence the outcomes of any game offered on the platform.

8.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption affecting a game round in progress, earph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's Account. Where a malfunction is identified only after a round has been settled, earph will investigate the matter and take remedial action in accordance with the applicable game provider's terms and the interests of fairness. Bets placed during a period of confirmed technical malfunction will be voided and the stake returned regardless of the outcome displayed.

8.2 Manifest Errors

earph reserves the right to void and reverse any bet that was placed at odds or under conditions that were the result of an obvious or manifest error — including pricing errors, display errors, or software errors — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or winnings apparently credited to your Account. earph will provide reasonable notice of any void decisions of this nature.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earph platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering using another person's identity or details;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with earph;
• Accessing earph if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Using any software, tool, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over earph or other players, including but not limited to bots, data-scraping tools, and card-counting assistance software in live casino games;
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or with earph employees to influence game outcomes;
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits or withdrawals to evade detection, or using earph for any purpose related to proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Abusing earph's bonus system through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, bonus accumulation through multiple accounts, or any pattern designed to extract bonus funds without genuine game participation;
• Conducting chargebacks or disputed payment reversals without legitimate grounds;
• Attempting to access earph's systems, databases, or back-end infrastructure without authorisation;
• Using earph's platform in any manner that disrupts the experience of other Members or the operational integrity of the platform.

earph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. The earph platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic time-elapsed notifications to manage the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days) during which no login or gameplay will be possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from earph may submit a self-exclusion request through Account settings or by contacting earph support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and is irreversible for the duration of the requested exclusion period (minimum 6 months). earph will take all reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion across its platform and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Members.

Gaming at earph is intended as a form of adult entertainment. earph strongly discourages wagering beyond your financial means. If you believe your gaming activity has become problematic, we encourage you to use earph's self-exclusion tools and to seek support from professional resources available in the Philippines.

11.1 Suspension by earph

earph reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's Account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; a failure to complete KYC within required timeframes; an incorrect or disputed payment; or any activity that earph is required to investigate under applicable regulations.

During a suspension period, the Member will not be able to access the Account, place wagers, or process withdrawals. earph will communicate the reason for suspension and any required remedial steps within a reasonable timeframe following the suspension.

11.2 Closure by earph

earph may permanently close a Member's Account in cases involving: confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct; confirmed breach of the age or eligibility requirements; confirmed operation of multiple Accounts; confirmed use of earph for money laundering; or any other material breach of these Terms. On permanent closure, earph will determine the disposition of any remaining Account balance based on the nature of the breach. Balances derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited in their entirety.

11.3 Voluntary Closure by Member

Members may request closure of their earph Account at any time by contacting earph support. Any verified real-money balance outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment account following completion of any applicable verification checks. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied the applicable Rollover Requirement will be forfeited on voluntary closure.

All content on the earph platform — including but not limited to the earph brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and any other proprietary material — is owned by or licensed to earph and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the earph platform solely for their personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute earph content; create derivative works based on earph content; commercially exploit any earph intellectual property; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any earph software.

Any unauthorised use of earph intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, earph's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms or the earph platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

earph expressly excludes liability for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; any losses arising from the Member's reliance on information displayed on the earph platform; and any losses arising from events beyond earph's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, government action, or force majeure events.

earph makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruption. earph does not warrant that any particular game outcome will occur or that any promotional offer will remain available for any specified duration.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the earph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to raise disputes directly with earph support in the first instance. earph will endeavour to resolve genuine disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, and where applicable under the PAGCOR Regulatory Framework, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution mechanism.

earph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect a Member's rights or obligations — earph will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Member's Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the earph platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or additions that expand Member rights) may take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the earph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 11.3 prior to the amendment's effective date.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent Effective Date as displayed at the top of this page constitutes the current and binding agreement between earph and all Members.
